Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · Applies to all EdITCon digital products and services, including the AI Assistant Afternoon Kit and the AI Frameworks.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our websites or buying our products. They contain important information about your cancellation and refund rights and about the limitation of our liability. By accessing our websites or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Who we are

These Terms are operated by EdITCon Services and Business Management Hub Ltd ("us", "we", "our"), a private limited company formed in England, trading as EdITCon.

2.Products and services these Terms cover

These Terms apply to everything we sell across our Websites, including:

In these Terms, "digital products" means any of the downloadable products above.

3.Our offers and pricing

The price of our products and services is listed on the Website and includes all applicable taxes and fees. We may correct pricing errors as described in section 12.

4.Purchases and payment

When you make a purchase, your payment is collected and processed by a third-party payment processor — Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details and are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by those processors. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method and that the information you provide is true, correct and complete.

5.Digital products: immediate download and your right to cancel

This section applies to every digital product we sell, so the rules are the same whichever product you buy.

Our digital products are delivered electronically and made available for immediate download after successful payment.

  • At checkout you are asked to confirm that (a) you want to receive the digital product straight away, and (b) you understand that once download or access begins you lose the 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • Because you give this consent and the product is supplied to you at once, the 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right no longer applies to that purchase.
  • You may cancel a purchase only before you have downloaded or accessed the materials. If you cancel before access, we will refund the full purchase price and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
  • If you do not give this consent at checkout, we cannot supply the product to you immediately.
  • We may cancel your purchase before you access the materials; if we do, we will tell you promptly and refund the full purchase price.

6.Refund policy

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 1 day of your purchase date by contacting us. We offer refunds on digital products for the following reasons only:

We do not offer "change of mind" refunds on a digital product once it has been supplied to you, because you consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right (section 5). This does not affect your statutory rights below or the warranty in section 7.

7.Warranty on purchases

We offer the following warranty on purchases of services: services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

We offer the following warranties on purchases of digital products: they will be of satisfactory quality; fit for a particular purpose; match the description; and we have the right to supply them. This warranty applies for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a digital product is faulty — for example it will not open, is incomplete, corrupted or not as described — contact us and we will provide a working replacement or, where that is not possible, a refund.

Except as stated above and to the extent permitted by law, the products and services sold on this Website are provided "as is". You may have additional statutory rights under consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015; those rights are not affected by these Terms.

8.Licence and acceptable use of digital products

When you buy a digital product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own business. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute or publish the files, or pass them to third parties, in whole or in part. Copyright and all intellectual property remain with EdITCon Services and Business Management Hub Ltd (see section 14).

Our workbooks and frameworks are practical guidance and templates. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and results depend on how you apply them.

9.Remedies

You agree that your remedy for breach of these Terms as it relates to your purchase shall be to reject the products or services, and to pursue dispute resolution as provided in section 16. To the extent permitted by law, these are intended to be your sole and exclusive remedies for any such breach.

10.Prohibited uses

You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not, among other things: impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation; send spam or promotional material; interfere with others' use of the Website; use robots, spiders or other automated means to access or copy material; introduce viruses or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to, damage or disrupt the Website or its servers; attack the Website via denial-of-service; or otherwise use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law.

11.No warranty on the Website

To the extent permitted by law, this Website is provided "as is" and no express warranty applies to it. You may have additional statutory rights under consumer protection laws, which are not affected by these Terms.

12.Availability, errors and inaccuracies

To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for the availability, errors or inaccuracies of information, products or services on this Website. Content may contain errors, be incomplete or out of date, and products may be incorrectly priced or unavailable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If you spot an error, please tell us using the contact details below.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall EdITCon Services and Business Management Hub Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or connected with your access to or use of this Website or our products, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, consumer-protection statutes or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If, despite the above, we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to us in connection with the relevant transaction. You may have additional statutory rights which are not affected by these Terms.

This Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We provide these for reference only, do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. It is your responsibility to take precautions when following links or downloading software. Our inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

16.Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions, and shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, and if any provision is held invalid the remaining provisions remain in effect. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in England.

17.Changes to these Terms

We may make changes to these Terms at any time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the Website at the time you buy.
